Family Aspect Match is an online compatibility and connection platform designed for marriage-minded singles. We provide profile creation, a readiness and selector assessment, compatibility matching, and messaging tools. We do not guarantee marriage, specific match outcomes, or any particular relationship result.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts to use this service. You must provide accurate information during registration and profile setup. Misrepresentation of your age, marital status, identity, or intentions is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant us a limited license to use, display, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating the service. You may not post content that is illegal, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or that promotes violence. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any content or activity that promotes, facilitates, or profits from them are strictly prohibited on Family Aspect Match.
You may not aid, abet, encourage, incite, coordinate, or otherwise support abuse, harassment, threats, or harm toward any other user. This includes recruiting others to target, intimidate, or mistreat a member on or off the platform.
Some features require a paid subscription. All fees are stated at the point of purchase and charged in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Family Aspect Match is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraud, or behavior that endangers the community. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
