This page is maintained by Family Aspect Match to explain how we handle requests from law enforcement and other government agencies. We take user privacy seriously and review every request carefully.
We will only disclose user data to law enforcement when we believe we are legally obligated to do so, or when we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of our users or the public. We notify users of legal requests for their data unless we are legally prohibited from doing so or believe notification would create a risk of harm.

We do not voluntarily disclose content data such as private messages or photos without valid legal process.
In cases involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, we may disclose limited information upon receipt of a good-faith emergency request. Emergency requests must include a detailed explanation of the emergency, the specific data requested, and why delay would create a risk of harm. We review emergency requests promptly and may request follow-up legal process afterward.
Requests from law enforcement outside the United Kingdom must be made through appropriate international legal cooperation mechanisms, such as a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) request or letter rogatory, and must comply with applicable UK law.
We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Deleted accounts and associated content may be retained for a limited period in backups and logs before permanent deletion. We do not guarantee that any specific record will be available at the time of a request.
Law enforcement requests should be submitted in writing to:
