Acceptable Use Policy

Age Restriction (18+)

Family Aspect Match is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, access any part of the service, or interact with other members. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 will be removed immediately.

Zero Tolerance: Child Safety, Sexual Violence, and Trafficking

The following are absolutely prohibited on Family Aspect Match. Violations will result in immediate account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to law enforcement and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities:

• Child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA), including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or the sexualization of minors in any form
• Sexual violence, including rape, sexual assault, coercion, and any content that depicts, promotes, glorifies, or threatens sexual violence
• Non-consensual content, including non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), content shared without the depicted person's consent, and content created or distributed under coercion
• Human trafficking and sex trafficking, including the recruitment, harboring, transportation, solicitation, or exploitation of any person for commercial sex or forced labor, and any content or activity that facilitates, promotes, or profits from trafficking

1. Respectful Communication

Treat every member with courtesy and dignity. Harassment, hate speech, threats, intimidation, or persistent unwanted contact are strictly prohibited. Disagreements should be handled calmly. If a member asks you to stop contacting them, you must comply immediately.

2. Honesty and Authenticity

All profile information — including photos, name, age, location, and relationship status — must be truthful and current. Impersonation, catfishing, and the use of fake or misleading identities are not allowed. Photos must clearly depict you and must not contain nudity, violence, or copyrighted material you do not own.

3. Safety and Privacy

Do not share another member's personal information without their consent. Do not use the platform to stalk, surveil, or gather information about members for purposes outside of genuine connection. Report suspicious or harmful behavior to us via the Contact page.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are not permitted on Family Aspect Match:

• Sexually explicit content, solicitation, or escort services
• Promotion of illegal activities or substances
• Scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, or financial fraud
• Spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited commercial promotion
• Content that promotes discrimination based on race, religion, gender, disability, or nationality

5. Platform Integrity

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, interfere with its operation, scrape data, reverse-engineer code, or automate interactions beyond the features we provide. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or deceive other members.

6. Off-Platform Conduct

We encourage members to take time getting to know each other before meeting in person. Family Aspect Match is not responsible for interactions that occur outside the platform. Exercise personal judgment and follow general safety guidelines when arranging offline meetings.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, depending on severity and intent. If you believe your account was actioned in error, you may appeal by contacting charlesbrown@familyaspect.co.uk.
